Spelman Reunion Class Photos 2025
Background
Class photo day is a beloved part of Spelman’s Reunion Weekend, where returning alumnae gather for official class portraits. Traditionally run by on camps staff, this year’s execution was handed off to our team to better manage the growing scale of reunioners and logistics during several phases of construction on campus.

- Expertly managed over 2000 alumnae and spectating family
- Collaboratively planned and coordinated the event flow allowing for the successful photographs of 25 varying class groups spread across Spelman Colleges’ campus.
- Orchestrated a succinct photography, lunch and class meeting schedule

- We navigated through unforeseen delays (due to traffic and transportation issues) utilizing a transparent communication strategy. This allowed for us to accommodate the ladies who arrived late so that they were able to join in their class photos and festivities.
