- Strong Team Collaboration

- Client Satisfaction
- Despite the low turnout, the client appreciated the professionalism and event flow we maintained.
Challenges
- Lower-than-expected attendance due to marketing gaps (client-managed)
- Load-out took longer than expected due to logistical delays
Tips
- Stay open to adjusting how things are presented or communicated so both your team and the client can work together smoothly and successfully
- Make sure there’s a plan for load-out so everyone knows when to start and what to do. Begin Packing things that guests don’t notice right away before the event ends to save time later.
