A major annual event bringing together over 1,500+ leaders to discuss metro Atlanta’s challenges and opportunities. Highlighting regional collaboration, featuring themes of innovation, housing, infrastructure and economic development. This event features the Regional Excellence Awards and the Harry West Award.

- The event ran according to schedule, thanks to strong coordination and a clear Run of Show (ROS).
- Attendee Behavior Adherence
- We implemented a new registration/check in process to make the experience more digital and user friendly. We saw an over 94% success rate of adoption.
- Client & Audience Satisfaction
- The post event survey results yielded a very strong approval rating. Rating the full event experience with an “excellent” satisfaction rating on a scale of 1-5.
Challenges
- Implementation of 4 new tech enabled activations with limited time and space.
- Attendees which were seated after the program started missed the opportunity to have a hot meal.
Tips
- Attendee behavior is carefully crafted by over communicating expectations. It is oftentimes difficult to enforce a new “change” after the same behavior has been going on for over twelve years. We creatively worked around this by communicating the new check-in process and informing attendees what they needed to be prepared for in order to be successful.
- Catering should always be informed when there are latecomers to an event. Therefore, there should always be a hot plate of food available to accommodate the need.
